Shipping policy
At this time we are only shipping within the US.
Processing Time:
Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours, and we will make every effort to ship out on the same or next business day (Excluding Weekends and Holidays).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Fees:
Free shipping for all orders above $49, otherwise a flat fee of $4.99 applies.
Shipping Details:
We Ship with USPS and UPS.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number provided by the carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be available in UPS or USPS systems.
Please note that the arrival date provided is only an estimate. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.
Lost or Damaged items:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct address is used. PurplePlumeria is NOT responsible for missing parcels if the incorrect address was provided, so please make sure to check the information you provide to us very carefully. Wrong address is not a ground to offer any refunds.
We inspect our items very carefully before shipping, we do not ship any items that show any signs of damage. We are not responsible for any damages that happen after your parcel is with the shipping carrier.
Wrong Address:
If our system detects any issues with the address provided, we will contact the customer by email (or phone if email is not provided). if we don't get a response in 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and the customer will receive a full refund.
