We’ll confirm your order, then provide you with instructions to return your product to us, new, used, or broken. Once we receive it, we’ll give you a 100% product refund and we will cover the cost of shipping.  It’s that simple!
Due to significant Cost of Shipping this offer is only valid for orders Less $199.99. For orders above that limit it is the customer's responsibility to ship back to us at their own cost. 
Please allow up to 1-2 business days after returned products are received for us to process the refund. It may take up to 10 days for your refund to reflect in your card.
