Something about this brings to mind how tiny I am, and makes me in awe of the amazine greatness of this planet we call home. This is where I go to recharge, and I love to bring my family here with me, to experience their own versions of this. Yet as a mom of littles, I worry about the world they are growing up in. With creatures not even identified becoming extinct, massive amounts of rainforest being destroyed in the name of progress, and plastic floatillas in the oceans. This isn't what I want for them. I want them to experience the incredible diversity that we call planet earth. I want them to grow and discover new things, new ways of life, new cultures. And I want them to see the world as it was, not as it is becoming. And so, named reminiescent of one of my favorite places, Hawaii; PurplePlumeria was born. My husband and I started our company to build a place where people can come for easy access to ecofriendly solutions for the normal day-to-day problems of busy moms, and busy households.
